Company Amendments

Where a change occurs in the data registered in the company register (for example, a new managing director is appointed, or the company’s registered seat or site changes), it becomes necessary to amend the instrument of constitution (articles of association, deed of foundation, or statutes). In this process — based on a resolution of the general meeting, the members’ meeting, or the sole member — the old data is replaced by the new data in the instrument of constitution, and we request the Court of Registration, by way of a separate, electronically signed application form, to record the change in the company register.
