GDPR, Data Protection

Since 25 May 2018, compliance with the requirements of the European data protection regulation (GDPR) has been mandatory for everyone who processes personal data. There is hardly a company that does not process personal data in the course of its activities — whether through its employees or for its clients.

We see it as an opportunity — one that creates scope not only for making data processing operations transparent and simpler, but also for modernising other internal processes that are often needlessly over-administered, which in most cases can lead to cost efficiency. In our projects we take a holistic view of data protection questions and, working together with our clients, we seek solutions that are not confined merely to the “letter” of the Regulation but also offer an innovative response.
